“We got these flags to replace some we had purchased locally less than three years ago, which started falling apart after less than two years, even though we only used them 2 days/week! These look sturdy and colors are vibrant, and they were delivered a day earlier than expected. They were also half the cost of what we were quoted by the local place to replace their falling-apart flags. My only challenge in ordering these flags was in confirming our non-profit status to make the purchase tax exempt--this process took longer than it should have; fortunatley all of the customer service folks I talked with were kind, professional, and helpful.”

“We did not get the flag we ordered. The one we did get is the design you told me would be blurred, and it is blurred. Unfortunately we used it anyway since it was for the 4th of July. I sent you a message and you sent me back a message that you would get with the Art Department and let me know why you did not use the design I sent you that was not going to be blurry, it should have been very clear as the lady I spoke with said it would be. So what is going on, and why do we have a feather flag we are not happy with when we paid for the one that would be very clear and look so much better??????? I am very disappointed in your company and how you have handled this matter, and if you don't get back to me on getting this correct I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, and you will then be hearing from them.”
