We want you to be comfortable and to save energy. It's as simple as that.

I've been using an 9 vent Flair system for the past 6 months with it linked to an Ecobee thermostat and Home Assistant. I bought the Bridge to improve stability as one of my vents intermittently would alert for poor signal. I also wanted to get the Puck out of an inconvenient location due to it's need for a power outlet while acting as the vent controller on my "old" Flair setup. Install was easy with clear, easy to follow directions in the app. A couple of minutes later all my vents had migrated over to the new Bridge and they're working great. In the week it has been installed I haven't had to think about it, and that's the best review I can give for something like this! While I dislike the Flair system being reliant on cloud connectivity and would prefer it have a local access option it's been working well with my Home Assistant setup and didn't require any new configuration in HA to support the new Bridge.

I bought a bridge to replace a single gateway puck I have been using in my setup. I attached it to my router via ethernet, connected via the Flair app (add device) from my phone. It then connected to the internet and updated its firmware immediately and went on to pick up my 8 vents. I am using Ecobee sensors in all the rooms with smart vents. It immediately found all the vents and then indicated I could turn off the puck gateway. That was it, worked flawlessly. There could be a little more documentation - whats in the box is minimal. The reason I bought it was to get the extended range it advertised as I felt the gateway puck was a bit too distant from some of my vents and very occasionally lost contact.

The new Flair Bridge is great! I previously had the Flair smart vents and pucks/gateways set up in all 5 of our bedrooms. I had to make several of the pucks into gateways to have sufficient network strength to all of the vents. Now, with the Bridge, I have excellent network strength throughout the system and have been able to convert all the gateways back into pucks (which don't have to be plugged into AC power). A must cleaner implementation. The setup was easy and everything worked right away. It has been up and running for about 2 weeks now.

This product helps with iffy coverage of my Flair vents. It's very simple to set up and I appriciate that it has an ethernet port which helps keep my WiFi clean. I would reccomend it over the pucks unless you need the thermostat features of the pucks. A future upgrade that made it a bit smaller (it's not large but bigger than a Rasberry Pi) and supported power-over-ethernet would be welcome to improve placement flexiblity.

Love it! No issues so far and install was super straightforward. Don't need any annoying hard-wired gateway pucks in our 6500sqft house anymore! Made me wanna deploy more vents in other rooms.

I'm in a house built in 1895 and the wiring done in the 40s did not add enough outlets. Neither of the hub pucks I've been using were in an optimal position and they used up an outlet. I could position the bridge centrally on the first floor and now have a strong signal from the 3rd floor to the basement. It was trival to set up. Pleased, so far.

My Flairs have already cut down on my bills by pushing air where it needs to go. My only complaint was with so many devices across a big house, my system would be unresponsive and need to enter network repair mode often. The bridge has solved that - wired into my network, the Flair system is rock solid now. I put the bridge in the center of the house and all my pucks / vents now have great reception. My only gripe left is I’d love HomeKit integration, but that is mostly solved by Homebridge! Great product, keep making new sizes and this system could make a serious positive impact on our environment, bills and comfort. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Having 9 pucks throughout my home, being required to be tethered to power outlets with two gateway pucks was not ideal. The bridge allowed me to be completely wireless on all of my pucks while allowing better placement of the previously tethered gateway pucks. I opted to directly wire my bridge to my router via Ethernet cable but it appears it also can be done via WiFi only. It was not intuitive where to add the bridge in the iOS app, as my first instinct was the menu bar. If you are blind like me, click the ‘+’ icon in the lower right corner of the app to easily add the bridge.
