About Flair.co:

We founded Flair to solve a problem that almost every house or apartment has: the room that doesn't heat or cool evenly. Its temperature is out of sync with the rest of the house. It's either too hot or too cold.

Flair fixes that. We built a suite of products that give you room-level temperature control at an affordable cost.

We want you to be comfortable and to save energy. It's as simple as that.

I love my Puck! My heat pump has been amazing it’s my 2nd Alaskan winter with this new heating system. I travel frequently and was leaving my heat on a higher temp than was needed 75% of the time but it the 25% I had my temp set at. The Puck allows me to travel worry free. I was told by Daiken there was no remote thermostat to work with my heat pump. Grateful

So far, I really like the Flair pucks and vents I installed. The house we bought was remodeled and expanded. When they put in the vents with the new A/C, half of the house had 5 vents; the other half only had 2. Also, the 2 bathrooms have 10" vents which are way too much for bathrooms, whereas one bedroom has only an 8" vent. Figure that one out! The pucks and vents I installed work wonderfully in keeping the house temperature even throughout. They were very easy to install. I would highly recommend Flair.

We use these on a few different customer properties to integrate the mini splits and the main HVAC systems all together in a single app. We've all been very impressed. I use the vents and the pluck at my house to maintain a zone system throughout the house. It's an elegant way to gain control over an existing house.

This is a clever idea for mini splits that operate with a remote or a remote thermostat for mini splits that are mounted high in a gabled ceiling room. Set up was a little confusing. But, after reading the FAQ's, I could have answered all my questions. The step-by-step for the pucks on mini splits should state that only one can be a gateway per house. Tech support was patient and clear. He did not give me grief for not reading the support page when he copied and pasted the support instructions from the support page into an email.
