We founded Flair to solve a problem that almost every house or apartment has: the room that doesn't heat or cool evenly. Its temperature is out of sync with the rest of the house. It's either too hot or too cold.

Flair fixes that. We built a suite of products that give you room-level temperature control at an affordable cost.

“I love my Flair vents! It was always hot upstairs so I had to manually close my downstairs vents at night, not anymore. Now, I simply go to my app n click and close partial or all the way. I'm planning on getting some for my sister who's having the same problem at her place. THANKS FLAIR!!”

“recently I converted my house to ductless heating and cooling with 8 minisplits. they're distributed over three floors of the house. controlling the 8 by remote was tough -- it meant going to each floor and setting each head independently. the Flair pucks have changed that. I now have centralized control, and am able to see through the Flair app that the house is balanced as I would like it to be. some requests for future enhancements that would make it yet more valuable a product. 1. the ability to create arbitrary sets of minisplits so I can keep all powered by one compressor in heating/cooling lockstep, and also those powered by the second in lockstep. in the current version of the code, you're provided the capability of keeping them all in lockstep or none. 2. the scheduling function of the app works, but it's difficult to reset without creating a whole new schedule. so, if I have a guest in the guest room, I can't create a temporary schedule easily for the duration of the visit, and then have it revert. yes, it is possible to do that. it's just more complicated than it should be. 3. the sensors collect a wide variety of data. the graphic capability in the app allows you to view by variable to help in tuning. until the excellent customer support pointed out to me that this was possible, I had no idea that all the information was readily available. 4. my remotes encompass a wider set of instructions than the app admits of. it may be that my specific remote was not listed as a possible template for the downloaded minisplit profile; or else just a subset of the commands was available through the API. I'd like to see a greater closeness between the remote's capabilities and Flair's emulation of them.”
