“having waited some time for this product and then phone to find it was no longer available Now I know this was offered in the sale and there was probably a large demand , but what about stock control? and I would have expected an explanation with out my phone call. So I was disappointed not to receive the product but more so for the poor customer service which has always been good in the past. I would be please to receive your comments.”
