“I have no comment on the product. Not received it yet. I had a lot of trouble completing the purchase because you would not accept a perfectly good debit card, and then you didn't give me the choice of using a different card until I had suggested it. Then I had to go through the whole purchase again and the price was higher. I had to ring you. The way your web site works needs improving. There is no option to go to "basket" except immediately after putting something in it, and then you have a second or two to decide between "continue shopping" and "basket" then the choice disappears and the only way to get the choice back is to put something in the basket that you don't want and be really quick this time. I never did find out how to remove that item that I didn't want. I gave up and rang you.”
