“When I came to FLO Living in late 2005 struggling with PCOS, I hadn’t had a full period in at least 6 months, I was miserably working 12 hours a day as an attorney, and I had been unintentionally celibate for the better part of a year. Late one evening, still at the office, I spoke to Alisa Vitti about my situation. I was highly resistant to working with her, but she suggested that I used a technique that I still use today. “I love the blood sugar balancing section of the online program the best. I no longer get extremely hungry and sick from my blood sugar being so low. In fact, before I had no idea what was going on and why. I'm so thankful for the information! I really liked that Jen started off her phone sessions with any questions or progress I've made. I think it helped steer the conversion and left plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I wanted to get pregnant, and I did into the online stress section. I also was getting really nauseated whenever I had BM. During the program, I figured out it was the caffeine from my tea, so I stopped caffeine intake. I didn't realized how much I relied on caffeine instead of my diet to give me energy. I am great! My skin is glowing, I've learned to cook in bulk with Jen's encouragement and I'm drinking enough water. I'm most proud of implementing and learning the techniques on adrenal fatigue. I would have never know how important my adrenals were to my health if I didn't try the program. Definitely yes, the coaching helped out a lot. I tried the online program without coaching and I did my best on my own, but I feel with Jen's help, I asked a lot more questions and got expertise advice from someone with much more experience than me. I'm glad I signed up for the coaching! I think you can improve your program if you sell a book or have a video on how to cook in bulk according with the flo living protocol. “I have to say that the content in the books are very similar of what I have found in the program. Before joining, I sent an e-mail asking if I was going to need to buy additional services and supplements, because my budget is not infinite. I was told that the program and the community were going to be enough, but once I posted a very specific question I have, I was recommended by one of the coaches to buy a personal session. I am not doing it. I would not recommend the program.”
“The content is fantastic and really helpful. However, the web app interface is outdated, hard to navigate, and not mobile friendly. I've had to reach out multiple times to get help with some technical glitches, and waited 2 weeks for tech support to respond to my questions. I think this course could be greatly improved by moving it to a more updated e-learning platform. But otherwise, it's a great investment if you want to dive deeper into how to take what you've read in Woman Code and put it into practice.”
