A lot of typos on the monthly planner for groceries and recipes-also a lack of support for when we do have issues. So far skin looks better though; having mid cycle spotting that I never had in my life.

I was doing a collagen bone broth IF plan in 2019 and was having bad cramps and painful cycles. After switching to cycle sycning foods and exercises, I lost a ton a weight! I could eat more and exercise less, and get better results, plus my cramps are gone!

I have experienced more benefits now that I follow the cycle syncing method than when I tried keto/IF. I don't follow 100%, but I do seed cycling and most of the cycle syncing foods. I have good energy all month and feel emotionally stable. I don't even recognize myself!

I got my period today and my skin is glowing! I am so grateful for Alisa! I am finally starting to see the benefits of the cycle syncing protocol! I have much less PMS (I usually have to take a lot of Advil)

I have been cycle sycning for 2 years now and I noticed a difference after my 2nd full cycle. It really works! I used to have awful migraines & terrible cramps with a copper IUD, but they are now practically non-exsistant! Cycle syncing really works, and it proves food is medicine! Being part of the Flo 28 membership really helped me with the recipes they offer.

After 6 months of cycle syncing, my period has slowly come back while taking the vitamins suggested by Alisa.

I did the Hormone Detox & had great results! I was hoping to get rid of breast tenderness and mild cramping during the luteal phase. After my next cycle I had no symptoms at all! I was quite amazed, and can now say I think that it was a estrogen and liver issue. As my diet was already "clean", I didn't think this would be it.
