The Cycle SyncingⓇ Membership Monthly Reviews

4.3 Rating 31 Reviews
My story is a similar one. PCOS, Endomitriosis, multiple miscarriages, constant pain. I just wanted to let you know it does get better! I found Alisa’s program about 3 years ago and have dramatically reduced my symptoms and regulated my cycles. You got this!

I loved the recipes and all the PDF:s but I was a bit disappointed with the workouts.

I think that the monthly membership is overpriced for what you are getting. I would continue with it if it was $10 a month. I expected more workout videos per phase. The recipes did live up to what I expected. I also expected more information from the community. The facebook page is not organized very well and it seems like there isn't any official person making sure everyone gets their answer. I expected something similar to a community group I am in for a game called Merge Dragons. There is an admin who responds to every single post. He also deletes comments with unhelpful answers to make the correct answer easier to find. He has pinned posts and sections of frequently asked questions. And he messages people when they post about a common question to go look up the answer in the correct section. The community aspect of the monthly membership is lacking the credibility that I thought it would have. I do enjoy the videos though!

I love the whole concept and the book with charts. One thing I was really hoping for that I was disappointed about was the workout routine in the membership. I was hoping for daily workouts not just 4. I haven’t found anything out there that has daily workouts based on hormones, that’s why I purchased the membership then after the first couple of weeks cancelled it. It’s a lot of money without them.

Great program so far. Only joined a few weeks ago so it’s taking me some time to navigate the content and figure out what I’m actually doing. The recipes I struggle with because I don’t like grains much and prefer to eat meat and fish and not so many legumes so I’m trying to customise the meals. I‘ll get there but it’s taking time to figure out what works. The biggest plus so far is the shift around exercise. I haven’t do many of the exercises yet and not sure how often I should be doing the posted ones but I love the variety and it already suits me to think of doing different kind of exercises at different times. This is a winner. I love the daily reflection. Have always wanted to keep a journal and so far this helps me start writing down some thoughts. The app is a bit of challenge for me. The colour grading is not very good on my eyes which may be a personal preference. But mostly I just struggle to use it. Today I finally got it working. I may just be challenged technology wise. Will have more to say as time goes but I have very high hopes and feel good just being part of the community - wish I could join the online live sessions but live in South Africa and not a Facebook member - I wish I could join without having to create a Facebook account otherwise I will just have to miss out on the community.

Hi, powerful women! My name is Caryn and I live in Chicago, IL with my beautiful wife and sweet little cat. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2011 and have been on birth control ever since. It is my goal to get off of BC as soon as possible. My wife and I are looking to start a family and I want to give birth to our child. I joined FLO28 because I want to start taking charge of my body and my PCOS symptoms immediately. I have followed Alisa's protocol since the beginning of this summer and have seen huge improvements, but I also know that my body has been tricked by BC. My hope is that by continuing to follow this protocol my body is primed to function symptom-free once I am off BC. I can't wait to continue this journey with all of you.

I’m enjoying the learning thus far and seeing results! The only thing that feels difficult is having SO much information all at once. I get overwhelmed with lots of choices and info.
