“These products are really great!! When i was taking them regularly (as recommended) i noticed a marked improvement in my cycle. I really love the insight that is provided for each cycle and the use of their app along with the supplements is really amazing. I have a better understanding of what is needed on a daily basis. My one complaint is the 'subscription'. It refills every 6 months. I didn't realize that I had signed up for a subscription (I didn't pay close attention, i was just excited to give it a try). Throughout the 6 months i would get emails from Flo Living, with tips and insights; which I rarely read because of my busy schedule. I tell you this because 3 days prior to my subscription renewing, they sent and email that said it would renew in 3 days. Per usual, I did not read it. I thought it was more tips and insights. I had more than half of my previous subscription left (I am not the best at remembering to take the supplements every day) so i did not need more. I got an alert that my card was charged for $249 from flo living. Within seconds, I emailed the company and told them DO NOT SENT SHIPMENT. I had NO idea that i had a subscription. 6 months between shipments is a very long time to remember details. I was told that it was too late, that they already created the package slip. I told them i didn't want it. they sent it anyway. I tried to refuse the Delivery and send it back, but they said they couldn't do that. I emailed the company and they said that cannot take back supplements once they have been shipped. such a bummer. sooooo, use these products, they are great,. But, be aware of subscriptions and be proactive.”
