Balance Supplements Reviews

I’ve only been taking the balance supplements under a month. I have seen increase in energy, clear skin. I have noticed a change in my sleeping patterns. Though where I don’t sleep through the night fully. I’ve also experienced some weight gain in n the past month. Also wondering if the supplements can be taken all at once?

I started the Balance Supplements just as I was getting off of hormonal birth control (IUD). I didn’t experience any major symptoms while on birth control other than strange discharge and a consistent 10 pounds that I would like to lose, but I was excited to try the cycle-syncing method anyway. I was worried about the return of uncomfortable cramping and acne, and was surprised and pleased that I have experienced neither. I’ve been off of bc for a little over a month and have had one drama-free period so far. My experience with the Balance Supplements hasn't been very flashy, but I have appreciated subtle benefits like ongoing clear skin, pain-free periods and maybe my nails and hair feel stronger too.

Overall I like the supplements but I'd like a little more flexibility in removing some, such as the Probiotic, there is little research that supports them as effective and for me I know there is no difference if I take it or not. I also think a slimmed down version of the kit with less supplements would be nice, just a focus on the bare minimum.

I haven’t finished my first month of the supplement kit and already I go to the bathroom daily which didn’t happen often. I feel those little changes.

I love the balance supplements. They manage all of my perimenopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations, disturbed sleep, migraines). I have more energy and sleep better on them. I vetted the supplements with two of my doctors and they both approved. My symptoms return if I stop taking the supplements. I wish I had them when I was younger and struggling with endometriosis. Thank you Alisa! I appreciate your amazing work. It’s making a big difference!

Life is crazy right now: with a terminally ill child and lots of travel for treatments, I can't always perfectly cycle sync and eat accordingly. What I can do consistently is take my supplements, and it truly serves as a buffer between my body and all the stressor we encounter. I've experienced less mood swings, better energy, fewer PMS migraines, and have zero cramps during PMS, within the first few months of balance supplements. Knowing my body is supported at this basic nutritional level helps me focus on my husband, my kids, and fully show up to my life--even my fears, my sadness, my hopes and my dreams right now.

I have noticed a significant decrease in my cycle symptoms. For someone with PCOS my last 3 cycles have been some of the most painless cycles I’ve experienced in many years. I typically have very heavy cramping and excruciating ovary pain randomly throughout the month and it took about two months for me body to adjust and start feeling relief. Totally worth it!
