“I love that all of the supplements are high quality and combined in a bundle so I don't have to search all over on my own. However, I have had a few issues with not getting my shipment on time, or receiving my order in multiple shipments. I was disappointed because customer service did not let me know about these issues ahead of time. I have not noticed any drastic changes in energy levels or other physical conditions, but I do feel that taking the supplements over time has given me a great baseline for overall health.”

A couple areas that you might want to consider improving are communication around orders. 1) My first order didn’t ship because one of the supplements was delayed. I didn’t find out until I inquired. 2) every time I get a new bimonthly order I get the same welcome to the program email. 3) I would love a reminder email that the items are about to ship again.
