Restore supplements. It has given me a new energy. I would love to talk to someone from the Floliving to learn more though

I’ve only been on these supplements for 30 days but it’s giving me my own internal confidence that I’m taking the right supplements to support my body!

It has been one month on the supplements, I have not noticed any difference at this point. Didn’t really expect to see anything for three months, but they were asking for my early review.

I just want to say THANK YOU! I am someone who suffers from PCOS. I have been doing the protocol for 4 years, 3 of them I was on BC, but I got off of BC this year and was so nervous about having a period every month and having all the PCOS symptoms come alive again. I did the cleanse right after the BC came out, and stuck to the protocol. I then got RESTORE and my cycle went from 40 days to 37 days now to 34 days!! I have successfully had a period every month and my PMS symptoms are not flaring their ugly head. I cannot thank you enough. I have never been so in love with my body. You’re a true queen!

I just wanted to thank Alisa for her recent webinar on PCOS. It has already changed my life so drastically! I have had irregular periods for over a year. My gynecologist put me on Provera in September to regulate my cycles. I knew it was a bad idea but I was so desperate to feel better. I took Provera for 21 days and it was an awful 3 weeks of mood swings, no appetite, anxiety and depression. I should have started my period right away but I didn't. 2 weeks went by. I felt so awful. Worse everyday but nothing was happening. I had NO cycle. I called my gynecologist to see if this was normal. She prescribed me Mononassa birth control pill to take for 28 days. I was so frustrated and angry that here I was again!! The Provera was supposed to help, but it made my situation worse and NOW I'm supposed to take more hormones!! Made no sense to me! But then I listened in on Alisa's webinar and - total game changer. This week, I have been making smoothies with banana, avocado, spinach, flax seed, frozen berries, almond milk and cinnamon instead of eating my normal toast with PB and 3 cups of coffee. I have been supplementing B vitamins. I've been careful about sugar and caffeine. Those totally simple changes and..... I finally started my period!! And I feel so incredible!! I totally credit the few changes I have made. And I just want to thank Alisa and the team for getting information out there and being so helpful. I have a long way to go to keep up but I think every bit helps. It's so important for women to know that they have options other than rounds and rounds of medications. I will definitely be sending my friends to the flo living site and will be giving out Woman Code books for Christmas this year!

Good afternoon, I have always had a PCOS since my puberty started and later in life the spots of eczema appeared on my hands, it was persistent during the decades and would get worse if I nervous a lot. That had lead me to the point when I have to exclude any citrus from my “menu”. After I started cycle syncing and especially after taking Supplement kit for a few month, I can finally enjoy my favourite oranges without having itchy eczema on my skin:) Also, my OBGYN said that my ovaries look normal so far on the last my ultrasound exam.

I feel more energy and have a better cycle and ovulation period after 2 months of supplements but I have more bloat, flatulence and weight in my mid section (I have a small waist and wider thighs/lower body so it’s easy to see in my gut) when I take the supplements than on days when I don’t. I like to fast longer than breakfast so I would prefer smaller pills to take in the morning because the larger pills are harder to follow. When I’m fasting past breakfast, I don’t take the supplements at all. Also it would be better to have the name of the supplements on each pill. I have noticed that I feel like I’m holding on to fat in my stomach more and I think it may be the inositol since I’ve noticed the same with other insulin processing supplements in the past. Because of my suspicion I don’t take the morning supplements often and remove the large white pill in the evening. This is problematic because I’d like to take the NAC in the AM but I’m unsure which pill it is and just decide to eliminate taking the entire AM pack. I believe the DIM and possibly the other supplements help with my digestion and I like the way I feel after a day of supplements and have healthy digestion because I have an issue digesting foods. The flatulence is a real issue though.

Hi Maria! So glad to hear you're having more energy and better cycles! And sorry to hear about the other challenges. One tip would be to take the morning supplements with lunch instead of breakfast if you find the mornings challenging. We'll make a note about the preference for labeling the pills in the box. For now, you can see which are which on the website here: https://floliving.com/product/restore-supplements If you email support directly, we can connect you with a Flo Coach who can help farther.
