“I installed this floor in a rather complex room layout and achieved great results. The durability and visual qualities of the floor are fantastic. The boards went together reasonably well with a tapping block and rubber mallet. I had a few times where the locking parts or tongues would crack or chip quite easily but was a limited issue and didn't affect the overall look or installation. The biggest issue was the variance in the patterning. My room was somewhat large at 25'x22' with multiple closets and obstructions. When getting near the end it was extremely hard to find pieces that didn't match the patterns almost exactly with the row or 2 that just came before it. Luckily I had plenty of extra pieces left to use to get the patterns to feel more organic.”
