Sorry to hear you may have been struggling with the magnets. The paper on ivory boxes is slightly thicker than the paper covering on other boxes, so they can take a little more time to 'catch'. In addition, for some reason they are slower to take hold in very cold weather. Please take a look at our magnet hints and tips in the below link as this will definitely help. Make sure the front flap is bent inwards slightly and this will help the magnets in the flap make contact with the body of the box.
