“Bought these after being recommended the soft footbed. I did try on another pair in a store and found them so good I bought this pair for another colour. Had a lovely staff member call me to check my address was entered correctly and she was lovely on the phone considering the busy Christmas rush! The shoes also arrived in fast timing considering Christmas. Highly recommend this brand shoes but also the store! Note I did size up my usual size as they are narrow and they are just right”
