“Using my feet measurements 24.5cm long and 9.5cm wide the Birkenstock website recommended EU39 regular which is what I eventually ordered but sadly they’re too big (too long and loose in the straps) I reordered another pair of EU 38 regular and they’re perfect. Went with patent black and it looks great! A bit dressier than regular black. Footgear were extremely helpful changing my order before the shoes were posted after contacting them about my concerns over sizing. Shipping was fast to Melb. Would recommend buying from Footgear their customer service is great. Shoes themselves I love but beware of sizing if you’ve not owned a pair before. When they fit just right you’ll want to live in them.”
