“My feet swell during the day and I thought adjustable straps would be the way to go. The problem with the pair I received is that the outer part of the straps is wider than the lining, therefore it keeps rubbing on the skin on the top of my feet. I was going to return the shoes but Footgear uses a third party for refunds for online purchases. That entity wanted my drivers licence details and DOB - I stopped the refund process at that point. The only other option was to drive a 150km round trip to return them in store. However the store wouldn't be able to refund the money as it would need to be referred to the online team. Not good enough as far as customer service is concerned. I won't be buying from this retailer again.”
