“Great shoes, super comfortable. Delivered quickly and packaged nicely. Found it a bit strange to get a phone call about my order though. Especially, when I had already received an email confirming everything. I’m sure some people would appreciate it but I found it unnecessary and disruptive. Otherwise great buying experience and very happy with the quality of the shoes.”

“I ordered the Frankie4 Nat shoes for work because I'm on my feet going on 8 hours a workday. Usually I can feel the discomfort and pressure about halfway through the day, but with the Nat shoes I feel fine! They're very comfortable and I definitely recommend the shoes for the support soles. The Footgear team were excellent, they personally called me the day after I placed my order to confirm my details, and they were very sweet. Delivery was prompt as well. No complaints!”

“I ordered the Frankie4 Nat shoes online and as I already had a pair I knew they would be exactly what I wanted. What I loved was the service which included a personal phone call to tell me my delivery was on its way. Definitely not expected, and combined with the quick delivery it was fantastic. Thank you.”
