“The customer service was exceptional, even down to following up my first order with a personal phone call. The order was dispatched promptly, the price (which is what attracted me in the first place) was great value for a highly rated shoe. My only disappointment was I did up-size based on previous reviews for this style and unfortunately they're too big now :-( which is through no fault of Footgear.”
