The jury's still out on these. They seem pretty cool in theory but I haven't been inspired when playing with them and neither have either of my girls (2 and 5). We're not done exploring the possibilities but they didn't hold immediate appeal.

The only thing I don't like is that I bought the small pack. Should have got the BIG pack! So much fun!

I remember having and loving these 20 odd years ago. My 7 year old got them in her Christmas stocking, loved them and immediately started creating all sorts of wonderful creatures, flowers, people and whatnot. I was amazed at her creativity. They definitely need to be used in a dedicated art area or table. They pick up any and all dust, dirt, lint and hairs if dropped and it is difficult to resurrect them after that.

We use this in small spaces like when travelling, at doctor's offices, etc. It encourages the imagination, is reusable, takes up no space and kids enjoy it!
