Read For Small Hands Reviews

Baking holiday treats is a wonderful family activity.Children can help mix the dough, roll and cut the pieces, assemble small houses, and decorate. (And, of course, eat a bit of candy along the way).Gingerbread recipe makes enough for 3 houses. (The recipe card says that this will make enough dough for 4 houses. This is incorrect. It will make 3 houses, not four. They will be updating the recipe card with this information in the next printing.)Comes with two sturdy tin-plated steel cookie, recipes (or use your own), and instructions. Finished houses are 4"" x 6"". Ages 4+ with adult assistance. Please note: These cookie cutters should be hand washed and dried immediately to prevent rusting. They are not dishwasher-safe.

The recipes included with these are very nice. We had a lot of fun creating gingerbread houses from scratch!

I cut down the given recipe, so my grandson and I made two houses. We had fun decorating the houses, one of which he took to his home. They look good enough to eat as he has requested trying one of the little angels we made to go with the houses.
