My kids love using these rolling pins. They are the perfect size for my 4 and 2 year olds. They are sturdy and well loved.

I ordered three of these rolling pins, one for my son and two for my neices. My 3 year old loves to help me make bread and play with play dough, and this is perfect for both! He loves to roll out the bread dough before we form a loaf and throw it in the oven. My neices are discovering the joys of baking also, and have been thrilled to have a rolling pin their size! It has been a lot of fun and very useful! It's easy to clean, and is light, which is great for kids! We are really happy with it and I foresee lots more usage in the future! It seems quite durable, and I hope we have it for a very long time!

Heavy enough to really work. Handles are the right size. Four year old helped Grandpa make pie dough using this miniature rolling pin which is just like the big rolling pin he uses. She liked watching how he rolled out the dough and then she helped out by using her little rolling pin. I have found that the quality of the products I've purchased is excellent. You make things that work, rather than just making toys.

We love the size and it works great for playdough. Careful cleaning it, however. I left it sitting in the bottom of my sink for a couple of hours and the varnish bubbled up and cracked where it got wet. It was my own fault but I never had this happen with my standard rolling pin.

While we have not used these yet, I can see that this is a quality product, made just like my own rolling pin. We have several wooden toy rolling pins that are very nice, but these are even more well made and a better size for real use rather than messing around with Play-doh. I bought two, thinking ahead for the holiday baking we always do. They are large enough and hefty enough to roll out a child sized piece of cookie dough, but not unwieldy, as my large one would be for a child. I bought them for children aged 4-8.

This rolling pin is a good size (not to big and not ridiculously small) and is nice and heavy. The barcode sticker was one of the most stubborn I have ever encountered, it should have been stuck to the plastic bag instead of the pin itself.

This rolling pin is the perfect size and weight for my toddler. We made graham crackers last week and she was elated to be rolling out dough on her own. She will be enjoying this for years to come.

The quality of this rolling pin is excellent . . . just like the rolling pin my own Grandmother taught me with. And now I am teaching her great-great Granddaughter the skills I learned down south, fifty years ago. Making pie dough is as satisfying as kneading bread, and a skill that every child should learn with a loving adult. If you weren't lucky enough to be taught as a child, get a good cookbook and teach yourself so you can have this fun with the lucky kids in your life.
