“We got this set for our 4 year old daughter when the plastic handled silverware she was using was getting chipped and really ugly. She is very set in her ways, so she wasn't excited about it at first, but when she saw how lovely it was, how perfectly her size, how nice in her hands, it didn't take long to convert her! I love she's not using silverware that has plastic on it, the metal feels substantial, and it's real silverware, just diminutive. The spoon is especially great, perfect size for sipping soup! I feel very pleased, and I'm not one to write reviews often.”

“I have purchased 20 sets of this silverware for my 10 grandchildren, ages 8mo. to 7 years, over the past 6 months. The quality is very nice and the tools are a perfect size for children 18 mo. to about 10 years old. My kids love this as it fits in the silverware drawer so much nicer that the fat-plastic-handled stuff! The spoon is round and holds a decent sized bite. The knife has a slightly sharp edge and the kids love being able to butter and cut their own pancakes and waffles! It helps them eat like little adults and learn good table manners. I'm sure it will become an heirloom item that they can pass on to their children some day. It is sturdy and diswasher safe--what's not to love?”

“This children's silverware set is beautiful. The fork and spoon are a good size for my three-year-old. The one thing that I don't love is that there are no teeth on the knife. So My child cannot actually cut anything with it. I would love to see this changed. Another reviewer had mentioned this drawback as well, but it did not deter me from buying the set.”
