I bought this game for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. The rules are simple and I thought it was a great way to introduce her to yoga. I love the fact that it's a cooperative game and my daughter loves trying the poses. We've played this game several times now and she doesn't seem to get bored with it. I think it's genius to incorporate exercise with a board game and I love the fact that it teaches so many lessons: Counting, cooperation, coordination, color matching (we match the flowers to the same color buds). Wonderful game!

We bought this for our 3 year old granddaughter, who took to the game immediately. She was even able to teach it to us after playing with her mother one time! It is a wonderful cooperative game, encouraging building a garden of flowers, and it has fun, creative yoga moves, so it keeps children engaged for the duration of the game. We would highly recommend this game for any family.

I love this game so much! It is engaging, cooperative, and creative when you get to make up your own pose. Our 3 1/2 yea old has a lot of fun with it. Especially trying to make daddy do tree pose on both sides inorder to get a flower piece. We have a good time with it. It totally reminds us to breath and get some nice stretches in!

This is a fun game to play as a family. Children like to try new poses. I would say that 4 and 5 year olds would enjoy it more than the younger ones (some of the cards require children to create their own pose).
