My daughters, age 4 and 8 received these yoga cards for Christmas with yoga mats. They are great! They include individual poses and poses they can do together. The cards are easy for them to follow and thick so they stay nice and don't get easily bent. The quality of the packaging and product are great.

The 3 and 5 year olds loved using these, and trying to get the adults in the room to join in. There were lots of laughs, fun poses and some very creative new poses added. The only bad part was picking them up, we had them all over the whole house!
