Highly recommended by teachers for use at home. Children can serve themselves independently by twisting the plastic lid open to pour, then twisting it again to close. Easy-grasp handle and nearly dripless spout. Not recommended for hot liquids. Pitcher is dishwasher-safe. Lid is BPA-free polypropylene (plastic #5). Holds 16¾ ounces; 3¼"" base x 6"" high. Please note: The lid on this pitcher is designed so that it will turn easily--it does not seal the pitcher.

My granddaughter loves pouring everyone's milk for dinner! We fill it, she walks around the table pouring milk. She feels very helpful.

We bought these for our preschool. Our 4 and 5 year olds can use them great. Some of our 3's can but they are to heavy for our 2's. Wish they were a lighter plastic. They are the perfect size for preschool. If anyone knows where to get plastic ones please let me know.

As I stated with the glasses, there will be spills! But this pitcher can take it! Very well made and durable perfect size for a new learner!

If you want to encourage your child's independence, this is a great pitcher to have. My almost-4-year-old loves his so much that he even drinks plain milk (something that usually takes bribing) out of it as long as he gets to pour it himself. After providing oversight and guidance the first few weeks, I feel comfortable that my child can handle the glass pitcher safely.

Perfect size for my independent four-year old. She feels quite empowered to be able to make her own cereal for breakfast. I am considering purchasing another for other beverages.

This was perfect to keep milk in so that my 3 year old could pour himself a glass whenever he chose. Very durable yet easy to use for little hands.

My four-year-old uses this pitcher every day. It's just the right size (and small enough that his baby sister will be able to use it soon, too).
