Highly recommended by teachers for use at home. Children can serve themselves independently by twisting the plastic lid open to pour, then twisting it again to close. Easy-grasp handle and nearly dripless spout. Not recommended for hot liquids. Pitcher is dishwasher-safe. Lid is BPA-free polypropylene (plastic #5). Holds 16¾ ounces; 3¼"" base x 6"" high. Please note: The lid on this pitcher is designed so that it will turn easily--it does not seal the pitcher.

I purchased this for my 3 yr old Grandson. He currently attends a Montessori school. He has been learning How-To-Do some things on his own. This water pitcher is the perfect size for him. It is glass so is just like the family pitcher that is used. He definitely is very proud of his ability to pour his own water and loves to ask anyone if they too would like some water.

My 4 yr. old son gasped when he opened this for Christmas! He was so excited to have his very own pour pitcher, the same as the one they have at school. He uses it daily to fill his own water glass. I also think the price point is fair for this item.

This was probably one of my best purchases. My three year old was bound and determined to pour all his own drinks, and so I now keep this pitcher full of water in the fridge so he can help himself as he wants. Montessori at its best!

This has been a nice addition to our home. Although it is heavier than I expected (too big for my 2yr old to use), my 4 year old loves getting drinks for herself and her brother. Very nice product, would buy again.

I bought two of these small pitchers to use as cream pitchers. We live in New Orleans where coffee and café au lait are almost religious ceremonies! We mix 2/3 half-n-half with 1/3 milk. A full pitcher lasts about 3 days, stays fresh, is easy to handle and accommodates guests. We love them. Oh, we bought 2 so we could switch them out when each has had it's turn emptied.

We have one for juice and one for milk and my kids love them! It has made them so independent when serving themselves breakfast cereal or juice.
