I bought this book for my 2 year old granddaughter and also for my work in early intervention. The photographs are excellent and such a nice size. It's perfect for building vocabulary. On our long trip during the holidays my granddaughter choose this book more often than her other new books. We added her own personal experiences with the feeling when reading the book.

I bought this book for my four year old, who was having trouble expressing himself. He loves it and it's helped him both express himself and recognize feelings in his brother. His brother is one, and he loves looking at all the pictures of the children.

I like this book because it is a simple, validating way to introduce emotional vocabulary to children. The photography is beautiful, the text simple and digestible, and the overall feel of the book is very encouraging. Even my 2 year old son enjoys reading it.
