My child is only 6 months right now, but I am building her library! I read this to her, and she loves the pictures of the pumpkins. I like that it has an index. It is a good transitional book for getting used to maybe school books or other non-fiction books. It is great to also be learning about nature while you are learning to read! There are more books in this series and I wish that Small Hands carried them.
