This was a big hit with both kids. I bought one for both my 4-year-old grandson and 7-year-old granddaughter, as they both are fascinated by bugs throughout the summer. They found a large beetle in the house a few days ago, and easily caught it in the bug catcher. It was fun to check the bug out, then let him go outside. I think it will be well used once the weather is warmer.

This was a present for my spouse. Our grandchildren have one & I admired the ease with which my daughter catches insects in the house. My husband has used it and it works well. I like to look at the bugs under magnification ; except if it is a spider. Thank you for making this available.

My son loves this bug catcher. It's nice and big and the slider is easy for him to work. He loves being outside and this bug catcher makes it that much more fun for him.

This was a gift for a four year old boy. He just loved it and used it to look at a set of insects in lucite that I had given him previously. Perhaps he will be an entomologist when he grows up!

My 19 month-old granddaughter loves to look closely at insects. The Bug Catcher provides an easy way to capture a specimen and release it gently. The magnification is good. I can see her using the Bug Catcher to closely examine lots of things!
