We bought other garden tools for kids that couldn't handle actually being used. These tools are the best we found, and actually real tools that my kids use daily for digging. Nice to have quality gardening tools for kids.

This shovel is nice and lightweight and perfect for my 3 1/2 year old. He loves it. But he did bend it very easily by wedging it in between the deck boards. I guess that's the tradeoff for it being lightweight.

Great item for an eager young gardener. Well-made and sturdy. Bought to replace the one he used so much, it broke! Recommended for up to 7 years old as the handle is long enough for that age (approximately).

WOW! Was I surprised. If only my garden tools were this well made. My kids have broken more shovels than I can keep track of, but this one has stood up to my kids rough handling and digging in the hardest soil Pennsylvania coal country has to offer. Very sturdy product, excellent value.
