I wasn't sure how much my son would like this book (he just turned 2), but his love of trucks runs deep and it has turned out to be a huge hit. It's short and sweet and we can read it more than once before bedtime. We also love the illustrations and adding our narration to each stage of the construction project!

My three year old loves this book and others in the series, Roadwork and Demolition. Prepare to read them over and over.

Granddaughter loves construction equipment. She has taught me how to identify several huge trucks.

Good explanations of how a building is constructed. Good illustrations of equipment that is used. This is my grandsons favorite part. I love that the building they are constructing becomes a library. My grandkids go to the library once a week so this had meaning for them.
