Floating Ball Game Classic toy from Schylling Reviews

4.6 Rating 12 Reviews
Read For Small Hands Reviews

Can you make the ball float? This ""magic"" trick is really a basic lesson in air pressure. It takes a little practice, but children as young a three can master it, and everyone has fun trying. This clever little item demonstrates Bernoulli's Principle – Law of Pressure Differential. As air is forced around the ball it must move faster in order to ""catch up"" to the other side. The result is a decrease in air pressure around the ball that in turn keeps the ball in place.Wooden blower (6"" long) and 2 foam balls (1½"" dia). Ages 4+.

This is fun. The boys still have fun with it - ages are 8-13. We have another younger one coming into the play level. Actually the adults have fun with it too.

This is a fun, clever concept. Unfortunately, I ordered in November and it still has not arrived. I was not informed of a backorder until almost Christmas and I found the same item in stock from another retailer for a bit cheaper. First time I have not been pleased with the service at For Small Hands!

This toy is the best! I ordered two as stocking stuffers for my son and daughter, and they still pull them out and play with them often. Great product!

It is such a simple toy, and my grandson loves it! Sometimes the the simple toys are the most fun.

I bought three of these for my grandkids to play with together. It is fun in competition to see how long they can keep the ball up. However, the three year old has a hard time blowing the ball. Harder for younger children.
