We have had a lit of fun with the patterns. Our little grandchild has just turned 3 and she us already making new patterns. She has my friends (other grandparents) playing with her and everyone lives it. It is something she can do by herself or together

Great quality--nice, quiet activity for my 5 year old daughter. She likes doing it while her little brother is napping. Good alternative to coloring or jigsaw puzzles. She likes using the included cards to put the designs together, but older kids or adults can challenge themselves to put all the pieces in without using the cards! It's harder than it looks! You can also use the pieces without the frame to make more free-form designs on the floor or a table.

This is a well-made toy that challenges children to study and recreate color patterns from wooden block pieces. We love, love, love it!!
