“Great helmet. I do have a whistle at low speed with my visor open which is annoying. Choose lining size carefully as I have about 500kms on mine and it’s now way too loose. Good product though. I will need to buy a new linings. Glad I can.”

“Love the helmet and the GPS via the app works a treat. I do quite a bit of long-distance riding and the only concern I have is the battery life of the helmet. Once out of the city I like listening to music through my phone and the battery goes flat very quickly. I have put my own solution in place by connecting a magnetic charging cable to the charge port on the helmet and using the USB charging port on the bike to keep the battery charged. Because it's a magnetic connection it would release easily should a mishap occur. Overall, very pleased with the helmet.”

“Fitment is not the same as when I went to do fitment trials. The normal size I wear is now too loose. I'm of the understanding this is because of the different lining inside as I did not order the premium one. Still, this is disappointing as the fitment trials it was perfect.”

“The camera has a clear resolution once downloaded to my computer. Hearing to my favourite music is always great. But the controller is not easy to inc or dec the volume. There would be some mist whilst riding, but pinlock will kick in. However, if your steady mode. Mist will cover the whole face shield.”

Hi David, Thanks for reaching out! If the visor is fogging up, do you by any chance have a Pinlock insert attached onto the visor? I would highly recommend in having this on your visor as it significantly reduces fog from occurring. To improve the quality of speakers, I would also highly recommend inserting the speaker discs to bring the speakers closer to your ears as this can improve the quality. The strap equipped on all MK1S helmets have a D-loop system. This allows for the helmet to be used on race-track days through its safety and security it provides. We value opinions of our customers as it helps us improve our UI/UX (user experience), where would you suggest for the power button to be? The reason why we have the power button where it is is because of the positioning of the electronics module. It is positioned within the chin front, mounted on a patented plate that is designed to not damage the structural integrity of the helmet. The functions of the helmet and controller should be working completely once paired, you may need the app opened for some functionalities to work effectively. “Well packaged, with a good range accessories and everything included feels high quality. Designed and made for the long run. If I had one complaint, it would be the fit across the forehead. Obviously everyone's head is different but mine I noticed a flat feeling spot (of pressure) in the top-middle of my forehead.”
