“This is a honest opinion of my experience. when i ordered the helmut i ordered one size larger as i don't like a tight fit... when the helmut arrived i opened it and removed slm the stickers ready to use it... first time on the helmut was so tight i had to remove it as it was extremely uncomfortable.... yes i know Forcite have a replacement for i'll fitting and only if the helmut is unused and had all the stickers in place. i am now trying to reduce the internal structure in order to get it to fit... apart from that the helmut is the best constructed helmut i have ever had, the audio quality is excellent and there is no fought that this is the helmut i'm looking for... just need to get it to fit”

Hi Gary, Thanks for reaching out - I would highly recommend to not make any physical changes to the EPS foam within the helmet as it can effect the structural integrity.
