“We had a difficult photo for them to fix. And they said to still try it with them after evaluation, so we did. They were friendly and helpful at first. The first time, faces were unrecognizable. So i had to request a revision. Nothing changed. And since I knew (and they also admitted it) that it was a difficult photo, i inquired if there’s a way to cancel it since I hope to not waste money on a photo we couldn’t use (a discount would’ve been okay too). They never returned my message after my third request. But instead they sent me another revision without a word. Its so disappointing that if you are starting to not like the result, they will not talk to you anymore. We just accepted it because we figured we couldn’t cancel it anymore. I just hope they communicated with us until the end, and that they explained their terms and conditions beforehand, since they told us to try it with them. That would have been enough.”
