“The gummies taste really good and help keep me from reaching for candies. However, I’m not sure if they really help in recovery. I don’t feel as sore the next day but I really can’t tell if it the gummies or better about stretching after. I’ll stick with them though because they do taste good and feel it has to be better than grabbing a candy or something else.”
