It seems every once in a while, the pod doesn’t function properly in my Keurig and instead of Brewing clean it comes up and leaves a mess and gets a lot of coffee grounds in my cup. To avoid this, I’ve been emptying the pod into a portable screen pod substitute, and the problem is solved. Not a big deal, but a bit of an inconvenience to go through daily. My most recent order does not seem to have this issue yet it’s very intermittent.”

“I’ve been having the Organic Arabica Coffee delivered now for over a year. For some reason my last delivery did not arrive. The shipment said it was delivered. I suspect that my mail carrier delivered it to one of my neighbors. Maybe you will end up with a new customer? Anyway, without question, you delivered another order of coffee to me free of charge.
