“The Good Stuff really adds a little extra “boost” in the morning to help start the day. I can tell the difference between the mornings I have used it versus the ones I have not.”

“Quick background history: I am need of a total shoulder replacement but have been putting it off as long as possible. I have tried other remedies, eg., topical creams, dry needling, etc. but really got minimal benefit. After coming across an adveristement for this product online, I recalled reading an article about Phil Mickelson in a golf magazine years ago where a friend created a concoction that helped Phil lose weight and deal with his psoriactic arthritis issues. Being that losing weight was another goal, I thought why not give this a try. In full disclosure I believe fasting is what helped Phil lose his weight, but I absolutely believe that "The Good Stuff" coffee supplement works to reduce joint pain and thus improve joint mobility. I can raise my right arm (the one that needs the shoulder replacement) significantly higher up with virtually no pain when compared to how things were before taking "The Good Stuff." Had there been only a small difference, I might have attributed it to wishful thinking. The positive impact has been so significant that I gave an extra pouch of "The Good Stuff" to a neighbor who is having significant back pain. I cautioned her to give the product a full month to see what benefit she might gain and it's only been a couple weeks at the time I am writing this--so I can't report on what benifit she has gained. Let me just conclude by saying I would not give her false hope if I didn't think she might benifit from taking this product--hopefully as much as I have. I have only used the cinnamon-flavored coffee supplement but know there is also a mocha-flavored version as well. I now have both flavors but want to finish up the one pouch before opening another so I can't comment on the flavor yet. The cinnamon flaver is fine. I actually add a couple shakes of cinnamon powder to my coffee as I read cinnamon may help lower blood pressure. Not to oversell this stuff but at least as it applies to me, they should rebrand this product, "The Great Stuff." Now if it could only help me play golf like Phil.... :-)”
