“It's been several days and I tried it different ways (with manuka honey, with allulose, with creamer and combinations of these). I settled on "the good stuff" and creamer. The best I can say is that I don't need as much creamer. It does smooth out the coffee taste but it also adds it's own biterness (maybe its the cinnamon). I haven't noticed any other effects (health or alertness or anything else) so far. So I'm not sure what I'm paying for at this point.”
