“Like the taste. Just adds a touch of cinnamon flavor to coffee. Haven’t used long enough to really determine health benefits. Only complaint is that it doesn’t always completely dissolve. So unless you keep stirring it, you can end up with the powder in the bottom of the cup. Appreciate the free battery stirrer and canister that came with my subscription!”
