Over the years I have tried a LOT of different ways to lose weight but The Good Stuff is truly helping me, and all I have to do is put it in my coffee! One little scoop eliminates the jitters, helps me focus, and gives me energy to get through the day without the mid-day slump. I've been using this for just over 30 days and I can tell the difference! I've also noticed that some of the joint stiffness I was dealing with in my hands has lessened. Plus, the cinnamon taste is a nice addition to my coffee routine. I would definitely recommend this product!

I've been enjoying The Good Stuff for several months and have to admit I've come to depend on it's yumminess and satisfying way it fills me every morning. I also depend on it to energize and give me focus. It's terrific!

I have always struggled with my digestive health and with aches and pains. After a few week of taking this with my morning coffee I have noticed a dramatic change in both. I also do not like flavor in my coffee but this is subtle and has a nice cinnamon touch.

I haven’t noticed increased performance yet since I just started taking it but it tastes great and I am glad I am adding something healthy to start my day!
