“I have been taking the required dose for just over a week and I must say I am feeling a little better. I have a very limited diet and tiredness was becoming an issue. I am feeling a little less tired so I hope the vitamins will help me get onto a better keel over the next couple of months”

“I'm happy to say I like the multivitamins. The previous multivitamin was only one per day and was the best I ever had. This new multivitamin is good, but it's 2 per day. It doesn't last as long as the original multivitamin. I take this with T6 each morning. I will order again.”

“When the bottle arrived, one of the capsules had burst and there was powder coating every single capsule, meaning I had to take them all out, clean them off with a towel and clean out the inside of the bottle! A bit of a hassle, and the first time this has happened with a supplement I have ordered. Aside from this, the multivitamins seem fine and I have had no adverse reactions. I do wonder why the manufacturers thought it necessary or wise to add artificial colouring (Titanium Dioxide, Brilliant Blue FCF) to what is supposed to be a health product.”

“On the whole this is an excellent supplement to take, my only reservation is the blue colouring used. For myself, I do not have a reaction to colourings but my daughter still does and she is over 30. Apart from that the range of vitamins and minerals is very useful, a good range of B vitamins including a highish dose of B12 but it does not specify why variant it uses. I like to keep as healthy as possible so will continue to take the supplements I need”

“I've tried these multivits for a week. I always take a multi and stopped my regular one to try these. It's a tough comparison between the two as the one I take is an optimum dose rather than this one which is more of a Maintainence multi. It's has a good balance of ingredients with no nasty additives. Personally I don't like or see the need for the colour of these but that's just my opinion. I'm satisfied that this supp,is getting into my system based on my how I feel so I take this a sign of good quality bioavailability.”

“I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and have replaced another brand I was using. They're beautifully presented , very smart. The labelling is very clear and includes all details you should need. The capsules are light blue colour and I found them easy to swallow. You take one on a full stomach with a glass of water everyday. These seem to be a good product. I have noticed no change from changing from previous brand to these, which is a good as nothing has got worse. The price is pretty fair for the quality and you get a 3month supply at the recommended dosage.”
