“I can only speak from personal experience with this product, but it did work for me once I had sorted the dosage! I'm 5ft 10", and 13st so pretty average size wise. The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with another around midday so I followed this and well, I was as high as a kite! It was a real caffeine OD so I reduced my dosage to 1 capsule before my morning workout and they work fine, they give me a real energy boost but without too much of a high.”

“These are really strong. If you are not used to a product like this don't take 2 in one go straight away, build it up to 2 after few days. They do what it says on the tin but made me feel quite ill on the first 2 days so didn't take 2 together again until a week later. Drink lots of water too!”
