“I have been using this for around two weeks now, i received this at a discount in exchange for my honest review.Which this is honest as i pride myself on telling the truth so people don't purchase something and feel disappointed. But with beauty products people have different effects and responses to products. So i have been taking 2 capsules twice a day with a large glass of water, they are really easy to swallow and a good excuse to get me drinking water. it is created to help with hair, skin and nails so i will discuss each aspect individually. Nails- My nails do seem to be a lot tougher than they were before, they always split quite high up across, but since taking these i have only had one split. I am very hard on my hands and nails so one break is an achievement. I also use gel varnish on my nails which usually weakens my nail, so the condition they are in now down to these capsules is fantastic. Skin- I do have extremely bad acne and have suffered for years, this product hasn't helped that. (But it doesn't claim to either) BUT my skin does feel a lot healthier and smoother, and the greyness that i have due to lack of sleep has vanished. Even my bags are looking miles better. My whole body feels smooth and healthy. So this product gets bonus points for that!”

“So in the box we get 90 tablets full of collagen and other goodness which claims to help improve the quality of your hair skin and nails. To get the full benefit of these tablets, the recommended dosage is two per day. That gives roughly 6 weeks of tablets, which is reasonable enough for the RRP. The tablets themselves are smooth and a bit narrower than many other capsules, making them easy to swallow with a swig of water. There should be no issues consuming the tablets unless you have major issues with the smallest of pills. So have I noticed an improvement after taking a full course of these tablets? Yes. My hair is a tiny bit softer/thicker at the root. My skin is relatively clear and my nails are looking fine where they haven't been chewed off. All in all there's been a slight improvement in all areas, nothing life changing but still good nonetheless. At the RRP I can safely say these are worth a try if you wish to improve your hair, skin or nails. Besides, a bit of extra collagen is never a bad thing. Your body will always find a good use for it!”

“Have been using these capsules for 10 days and have already noticed a difference with my hair and skin but not my nails so far. As another person said in a previous review - hardly any hair lose when washing and feels softer and is shinier. I do dye my hair regularly and this is definitely helping. My skin looks clearer and smoother. Hopefully my nails will improve too over time.”

“Appears good and now on second order. However, do find my nails are a bit stronger but they still break after a while. I intend to give this product at least 3 months of use in order to give it a full chance”

“I've been taking these daily now for two weeks. On pack it didn't really state how much I should be taking so have been taking two tablets a day in the morning with food. I started takin them as my nails were getting weak and splitting. It was a combination of bad food and stressed lifestyle. After two weeks my nails are starting to feel stronger. They have stopped splitting. I know I haven't been taking them long enough to really tell so I will update this review but the initial results are brilliant. I can highly recommend this brand :)”

“I have made sure I have given this a really great shot and since taking them I have noticed a significant improvement in my nail growth and strength. My hair is showing so aggressive roots (rocking the ombrÃ© look) since taking them and my skin is clearer. They are really high quality supplements and have full instructions I'm really pleased with the results and I started to notice a difference within two weeks.”

“Can honestly say the change in my skin is noticeable it's lovely and clear.my hair is more manageable and shiny.not noticed much change in my nails.but I have good nails anhway,but might take longer to notice the nails.the price is great for a great product will be recommending these to family and friends and getting more when these run out.you take two a day with a large glass of water,i take mine in the morning.”
