“I have never tried any weight-loss supplements before, but need to lose weight, so I was willing to give raspberry ketone a try. The instruction on this Amazon product page stated the dose was one tablet BEFORE breakfast, one before lunch and 1 before dinner. But, the instructions on the bottle state to take two tablets SHORTLY AFTER breakfast and two shortly after lunch. So, I was confused before I even started. I did some research first and learned that extracting raspberry ketones from actual raspberries is massively expensive because 90 pounds (41 kg) of raspberries is needed to get the quantity required for a single dose. I found out that raspberry ketone supplements are synthetically made in an industrial process, so I am surprised and dubious about the claim of '100% pure natural raspberry ketone' in each 400mg tablet. This aside, I have taken the dose stated on the bottle for two weeks now and have experienced a weight loss of 1 lb each week. I am mostly sedentary during the day and only manage about 3,500 steps a day so I'm not getting the exercise I need for weight loss. Prior to taking the tablets, I have not experienced any weight-loss, so it is possible the tablets are helping. I will carry on using these and buy a second bottle to continue the testing. I will update my review and star rating if I do continue losing weight, but I am dubious about the 100% natural claims, so am settling for 4 stars at the moment.”

“The best thing for me about these raspberry Ketone tablets is that they are suitable for vegetarians,and as I am a non meat eater I was happy to give these a try. I was a bit perplexed to begin with as Amazon tells you to take one tablet at a time and the instructions on the bottle tell you to take two. I. Have gone with the latter and have taken two in the morning and two after lunch. Well they seem to work I have been taking them for a week and have lost one pound, I have not done anything differently or altered my diet in any way so I have to assume that these do actually do what they say. There is no substitute for a healthy diet but it is difficult this time of the year with Christmas lunches and parties to stay on the straight and narrow so if you can have a bit of help on the way brilliant.”

“You take 4 pills a day (2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch) which means this 90 pill container will last 22 days. At a RRP of Â£23 that's not cheap! Although it was on sale for Â£7.99 at the time of writing this review. The pills are veggie/vegan so no gelatine caps (a big plus for me). They are a fairly standard size and easy enough to swallow (see the attached picture). I have felt no ill affects since taking them and it might be my imagination but I do find I have a slight spring in my step but it's hard to know for sure. There are only 3 ingredients - the raspberry keytones and two others that make up the shell so there's no rubbish in there. I'm not convinced that this is the best use of my money but I'm glad I've given it a go and look forward to seeing what happens after the 22 days!”

“I was interested in trying some raspberry ketones since they arrived in the press but give there are so many on the market, I was under which product to go for. Thankfully I found that Forza does their own version as this is a brand that I recognise from well known high street shops in the UK. I wanted to start a course of raspberry ketones in order to give my workouts a boost. I have heard from friends that they can give you an edge but that the ketones need to be of a good quality. Raspberry ketones are actually what makes the raspberry smell and they are also found in other fruits in smaller quantities. The ketones have been used as food flavourings for quite some time within the food industry, albeit most likely in much small quantities than you would find in a supplement. Raspberry ketones are quite a new weight management tool on the market and are therefore relatively untested. Due to the amount of raspberries it would take to make ketones viable for sale, raspberry ketones are generally not made from natural raspberries. They are produced synthetically to increase their potency in a cost effective way. However, the FORZA product is marketed as being "natural extract" so I have assumed that it is made from raspberries. In my view this would make it a superior choice of ketones because I always believe that natural is better than synthetic when it comes to supplements.”
