“Not exactly using them by intended method (I have been skipping gym past two weeks due to swelling in my feet - gah, the summer heat!!!), but I have been using t hem to replace the energy drinks thus reducing my sugar intake. And it really works too! I have been able to keep my concentration during my full working day since I started taking them, and it's a rare thing for me unless I drink 2-3 cans of energy drink per day! I think I will be using them again - the caffeine has a good kick! Oh, and the bottle looks very nice too - good enough to keep on your desk at work :)”

“Item was received in super quick time and was very well packaged.I received these at a discount, Been using the product for a few days now and can see a difference. I've always trained regular and eaten healthily in the past and been in decent shape but this product has helped me shed those extra few pounds and helped massively with my definition.
