“These are easy to take, come in a nice box that looks very professional and genuine. I was assured that the product is genuine and high quality but I can't say I really noticed any particular effects. I have also been taking greens as a powder and I will say that it is much less annoying to ingest the nutrients in the form of these capsules, but as I say I don't know if they really had any drastic effect.”

“I have used yeast-based supplements in the past for my hair, but I did not noticed any significant improvement. That's why I am always looking for food and supplements which will help me with my dry hair: I use a straightener every day and wash my hair every 2 days (due to going to the gym every day) and my hair is suffering from this lifestyle. I know that iron is really good for your hair and you can find it in high quantity in wheatgrass, broccoli, spinach and other greens. In addition to being rich in iron, wheatgrass is also rich in vitamins and antioxidants (vitamins A, E, B-12, calcium, magnesium...). So I knew I was going in the right direction with these pills. The packaging is really nice. When you open the box, you get a strong "green" smell right away. The pills are not too big and are easy too swallow. They are good for people who don't like drinking green juices (I personally don't really like the taste of green vegetable juices so it is perfect for me).”

“We managed to win a supply of these, the company was very good easy to deal with, no problems. Not one to believe in all the 'Greens Benifits' really we was very open minded when myself and my husband started to take these daily. The main result was after just a few weeks, my husband who suffers with poor skin condition often red and inflamed skin especially on his face. The condition of his skin as now improved so much, and to the point of not needing the steroid based cream daily the Dermatologist prescribed. Now over a week without it, due to we believe these supplements. The dry flaky scalp problem he had, as also disappeared. At the time of starting the supplement there was no other change to his diet or medication apart from one of these tablets daily. very impressed and we will continue to use them in the future.”

“My wife and I got this product as we wanted to get benefits similar to drinking green juice drinks but without the taste or the cost. I find in London that the green juice drinks cost a small fortune and the taste is (to us) fairly unpalatable. We'd rather just drink water if we could. The product arrived in a short time and is in a very elegant plastic bottle perhaps because of the metallic lid which looks very elegant. When the bottle is opened the product has the usual disposable seal to prevent tampering / moisture. When it is opened there is a very green / organic odour, probably wheatgrass. The capsules themselves are very easy to swallow with some water. My wife and I have both noticed the desired effect being maintained in each other - a certain glow in our skin, nails and hair. An improvement in the nails is one of the first things to be noticed when one has an improved diet (not so brittle, decreased cracks, better shine). I have only had this product for around 1 week and I don't think that it is possible to meaningfully comment on the long term effects of using this product for me in such a time period. I can say is that I have had no obvious side-effects from using this product myself so far. This product will obviously have varying effects on each individual.”

“excellent product for well-being! if you came this far, i'm sure you all know greens are the one of the hottest food/supplement trends! and its fantastic cause its healthy! i personally take green juice but i know lots of people find hard to drink and taste the wheat grass and others. it's not easy to drink so much, so thats why i decided to fill some more with this supplement/tablet type. so i don't have to taste all that.. colour of this tablet also is in green,. all the goodness and natural ingredients as you see on the package. we can't take all that by food everyday so this is a great product that helps and feed your body all the goodness without eating those everyday. tablets are quite small i can take 2 easily at once. this is not some sort of magic tablet but think doing good for your body in long run. i mainly take this for my overall well being and skin health. and so far i'm really happy with this. Forza always bring out good products and supplements that you can trust, i have taken other supplements from them in the past and all been good including this. all in all, i'm happy to re-purchase once finished”

“This is, as far as I am concerned an excellent way to get the right amount of goodness needed to benefit you for skin, nails and hair health. The capsules are small so easy to take. They are also ok for vegetarians. The order came very quickly and the packaging was really good. I hate waiting for things to arrive so this was great.”

“My wife has long been bemoaning the fact that her nails have gone to pot. She did used to have really nice nails but, since she had Chemo a few years ago her nails break at the drop of a hat, also her hair is much coarser that it was. I have used FORZA Greens with Benefits and I'm currently using the powder in shakes and I love it so, I recommended the Beauty Care to my wife to see if they can help her. She has started to take 2 a day and is really pleased with them. She is not a big fan of fruit and veg so these capsules have double benefit for her as she is also getting nutrients she would normally not have.”
